# Topic Management

**Overview**

All **Tier 2** NFT owners will be community managers for the corresponding NFT topic. These users are responsible for growing the community by providing and promoting better content. They will also receive bonuses for community growth.

**Benefits of Topic Managers**

Topic managers will share a 5% of extra bonus from all reading rewards generated from contents with the same corresponding topic.

**The Rights of Topic Managers**

Topic managers are also able to perform the following actions:&#x20;

* Create content&#x20;
* Re-post external content&#x20;
* Invite creators&#x20;
* Vote on content (to be added to the sub-community)
